to bridge the human & plant worlds and unite them thru the ritual of tea.
about dLTeas:
Dragon Lady Teas was created in my dining room in Jackson, Wyoming about 4 years ago when a friend from high school tattooed a dragon on my left arm. about 4 hours later, a new identity and name for my business emerged. from that point on, i’ve been know as the Dragon Lady or dL. after borrowing a commercial kitchen for a couple of years, i was able to finish a portion of my basement for my tea workshop. Dragon Lady Teas found its home.
it is there in my workshop where my dance with the herbs comes to life. the magical corner of my life where i get to play with my herb companions to find the combinations best suited to help you evolve. i am filled with gratitude for my relationship with them. they sweeten my life and make me a better person.
my intention with this business is to unite the people and plant worlds thru the ritual of tea. by hand blending delicious concoctions for well-being, i have created a way for people and herbs to share time, and ultimately, develop a relationship based on gratitude and respect for the plant kingdom.
the herbs i use are only the best. i buy from ethical companies whose main concern is the health of our planet and the well being of her inhabitants. organic farmers are supported so they are able to continue their most important work.
along the way i have learned that if you make ‘medicine’ taste good, people will embrace it. if you make people feel loved and wanted, their tough exterior will soften. if you live in a place of gratitude, you will shine brighter than you can imagine. it’s time to start letting go. it’s time to start believing in ourselves. we are so powerful. it’s time to tap in to our power, the kind that comes from the depth of our being. the herbs can show us the way. trust is key. Drink Tea. Be You. Be Free.
**my teas are created with love and gratitude, hoping it spills in to your life and on to those around you. enjoy a cup in quietude. enjoy a cup with friends. enjoy a cup when you need to find center. enjoy a cup when you feel your day may never end. enjoy is the key word. drink it in with all of your senses. this is no ordinary tea, it’s love in a cup.
