when ordering multiple ounces of a tea, it will be packaged together unless otherwise noted by you, the customer.
we use recycled, recycle-able and reused boxes (sometimes unusual shapes!) if you'd like a brand new box, please let us know.
due to the nature of our product, we do not use packaging materials, but occasionally will add newspaper to cushion if a tin set or infuser is ordered.
